We run from 9 am to 5 pm each weekday with weekends on exceptions.We are a totally verified and certified firm, insured and qualified. At ACL London air conditioning, customer services is very important to us not only the engineering aspect. From the people that sit in the office down to the field engineers, ACL London are at the forefront of customer services. We offer a smooth experience from start to finish on any project we undertake.
We are a fully vetted and accredited firm with full company REFCOM certification. All our engineers have FGAS certificate and are qualified Refrigeration and Air conditioning technicians with at least Level 2 certification with City & Guilds. Our senior engineers can be level 3 and over, such as HND & HNC. Some of our engineers are electrically biased also, so where you may have more complex electrical controls that are related to Ventilation or Air conditioning, this is a walk in the park for the senior engineers.

We can source the best branded units or systems to your needs for installations. Most of our customers are repeat customers for many years. We always give discounts where necessary and whenever we feel like it, especially for new customers. We currently offer a 10% welcome discount on Labor for all clientele.

Although some items on some systems can be very costly we take the approach of being fair and not overrate costs, at the same time keeping a 100% sufficiently quality service. There is nothing we do not know about any Refrigeration, Ventilation or Air Con System. That’s why we do not integrate our service with plumbing & electrics or Gas. We can Install, Repair and Service any Make or Model of units in London and we are a specialist niche company. We have public liability insurance so rest assured whilst our engineers are inside your house or place of business.
